REELmcr in the Community
REELmcr utilise a community-centered approach to harness the processes of drama, writing and filmmaking to promote community cohesion and empowerment, by encouraging participants to explore the issues that affect them and their communities.
Our process is designed to challenge a narrow view of life, and present the possibilities of new friendships, alliances and opportunities for change.
We have a tried and tested framework for working across communities, and our track record shows that we are very successful at working with the most hard to reach. The methods used, mean that groups enjoy what they are doing and the learning is a by-product. Often participants do not correlate learning with enjoyment, so a significant barrier to learning is lifted during REELmcr projects.

Cenacle Charity Incorporated
When you give someone a Cenacle Enrolment Card, you are giving the gift of prayer. Enrolment in this ministry provides for the celebration of monthly Masses offered in the enrolee’s name. Both you and those enrolled are remembered in the daily prayer of the Cenacle Sisters.
When you choose the gift of a Cenacle Prayer Enrolment, you are supporting the many spiritual ministries of the Cenacle Sisters, such as retreats, spiritual direction and adult faith formation.

Women MATTA
Women MATTA Project (Manchester and Trafford Taking Action)
Women in prison was born out of the anger our founder - Chris Tchaikovsky - felt about what she saw when imprisoned in HMP Holloway in the 1980s. We support women to avoid, survive and exit the criminal justice system and campaign for the radical changes needed to deliver justice for women.
WomenMATTA is a Women's Centre in Manchester that provides intense, holistic support to women affected by the criminal justice system and to those at risk.
The Centre provides women with a safe and homely space in which to access gender-specialist support services. It is a 'one-stop-shop' offering group work, one-to-one and counselling supporting women around:
The Centre has a clothing bank and IT access. As well as support services it is also a creative and community space offering drama and art workshops, theatre trips, a gardening project and more!

We offer a range of services and opportunities that provides inspiration and guidance:
· We encourage education, so we will show young people how to get into college, improve their skills and get qualifications. We help young people develop personally and socially – giving them the strength to reject violence and a life of crime.
· We improve relationships between fathers and sons, motivating them to realise their potential, raise their aspirations and build themselves a brighter future.
· We establish partnerships with parents, schools, community groups and local authorities. That way we can step in and help those young men at greatest risk of being sucked into gangs. We show them where they can get help and stay out of trouble.
